Thiess John Holland are actively encouraging workers at site induction and at the weekly tool box talks to use public transport, car pool or park at the designated car parks. Parking in local streets, where there are no parking restrictions, is legal. Thiess John Holland's Mobile Patrol is monitoring local streets to ensure cars are parked legally.
Any resident inconvenienced by illegal parking should call Brisbane City Council. If they believe the vehicle is linked to the project, they can call TJH hotline 1800 721 783, so the project can take action.

Under the strict conditions set by the Coordinator-General, the Airport Link project must use the most direct route available to move spoil from this vital project. Major haulage routes are included in the Construction Traffic Management Plan for Major Haulage (CTMPMH) which has been approved by Brisbane City Council (BCC) and the Department of Transport and Main Roads (DTMR).
The project has a mobile patrol monitoring road conditions in local streets, which helps to attend to problems quickly. TJH also works with BCC and DTMR on traffic issues including road repairs.
