About CNI

CNI was established to represent the State and communities of Queensland on major infrastructure projects. A wholly owned Queensland Government operation, we act autonomously as a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV). CNI's first projects are the combined Airport Link, Northern Busway (Windsor to Kedron) and Airport Roundabout Upgrade. Our involvement is complete, from business case and environment assessment, through to procurement, contract management, handover, and community engagement.

The CNI team comprises a group of highly experienced individuals from the private and public sectors with an exceptional combination of skills including, but not limited to, tunnel engineering and design, banking and finance, commerce and law, property economics and valuation, environmental and urban planning and media and communications.

The Airport Link and the Northern Busway (Windsor to Kedron) are under construction and due for completion in 2012. The Airport Roundabout Upgrade was completed in June 2011.
